FMT will provide the following services at no charge, if you use our preferred providers and your bill exceeds $2000 USD. $ 199 USD is our flat fee, if you choose a non-preferred medical provider, or spend less than $2000 at a preferred provider. One fee covers you and a companion. We will recommend the best qualified and experienced physicians for your procedure. There are many excellent hospitals in Bangkok with high-tech, specialty clinics from which to choose. FMT will arrange for a qoute** for your particular procedure/s.
FMT will obtain or assist in primary source verification of your selected physician's credentials.
FMT will assist with the digital transfer of medical records, x-rays, MRI's, lab tests, etc.
FMT will find a suitable airfare online and contact you to book it, or we will arrange booking the flight for you.
FMT will recommend a three, four or five star hotel for you to book online, or we will book the hotel for you.
FMT will provide links or email for the following: pre-departure checklist, passport/visa information, US Dept of State travel advisory, security updates, public health information on avian flu, recommended packing list and travel tips. Hard copies available at the cost for postage.
Two local cell phones will be provided upon arrival. A $100 USD deposit will be refunded upon departure.
Local advice and assistance via cell phone is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. Phone cards provided at cost.
Individual transport by luxury SUV will be provided for the following:
-- From Suvarnabhumi airport arrival area to your choice of lodging.
-- From your choice of lodging to the initial medical consultation appointment and return.
-- From your choice of lodging to the hospital admissions appointment.
-- From the hospital, upon discharge, to your choice of lodging.
-- From your choice of lodging to Suvarnabhumi airport departure area.
FMT will coordinate express check-in at your hotel/hospital/apartment (if such service is available).
If you are unable to travel with a companion, FMT will contact or visit you (your choice) daily during your recovery to ensure your safety and security.
FMT can arrange other bookings for day trips, spas, sightseeing, entertainment venues, extended holiday packages, etc. Additional fees may apply.
